The healing energy and wisdom of your body are working together. You will begin to feel more relaxed as the session progresses and sometimes people have images and insight.  Emotional release(crying) is common. It’s your body's way of releasing stuck energy and healing begins. It’s also common to feel heat coming from my hands or a tingling sensation.
