In order to provide our guests with the most luxurious ambiance and pampering treatments, we specialize only in SPA Treatments.

Reserving Spa Treatments

To ensure the availability of your desired appointment time we recommend making your reservation well in advance. A credit card or Gift Certificate number will be required at the time of reservation.

Health Issues

Please be forthcoming with any personal health issues, such as high blood pressure, heart conditions, allergies, pregnancy, or any other serious condition. Due to specific health problems some spa treatments could have severe complications. First-time guests will be asked to complete a medical questionnaire and our professionals may ask additional questions. This information is for your care at Mindful Day Spa and protected as highly confidential information.

Arrivals

We encourage our guests to arrive 10 minutes prior to their reservation to allow time to check-in, prepare for their treatments and relax. Late arrivals will result in a shortened spa experience, as your treatment will conclude at the scheduled time. You will be charged the full-service price.

Late Arrival Policy:

Arriving late will deprive you of valuable service time. As a courtesy to the next guest, your treatment will end at the time originally scheduled. The remainder of the service time may be used and you will be responsible for full-service fees.

Cancellations and No Shows

Your appointment time is reserved just for you and at times you may need to change your appointment. We kindly ask that you give us 24 hours' notice. Failure to provide the proper notice of cancellation will result in a full-service charge.

No shows will be charged full price and gift certificates will be invalid.

Spa packages and multiple bookings require at least 72 hours and are subject to the same cancellation fees. Repeated no-shows or cancellations may require credit card prepayments to reserve an appointment.

Attire

Come in comfortable clothing. You are here to relax and enjoy yourself. A robe, slippers are provided for all guests receiving multiple spa treatments.

Valuables

We ask that you do not bring valuables to the spa, as we cannot be responsible for lost or stolen personal items.

Cell Phones

For the comfort of others receiving relaxing services, please silent your cell phone.  Any phone calls must be made outside the spa.

Children & Young Teens

We do not offer services for children and young teens. For the comfort of others receiving relaxing services, children and young teens are not permitted in any treatment room or relaxation area. Although we love children, their presence in the treatment area can be disruptive to other spa guests.

Payments

We accept Cash, Visa, Master credit cards.

Gratuities

Gratuities are not included in the price of spa treatments but are customarily given to acknowledge good service. Although completely discretionary, the typical range is 15% and up.

Gift Certificates

All gift certificates/cards sales are final (non-refundable) and cannot be used to purchase another gift certificate/card. Gift certificates must be presented at the time of redemption. Mindful Day Spa is not responsible for lost or stolen gift certificates. Gift Cards have no cash value and must be used in full. No change is given for the remaining balances. Any remaining balance stays on your account. Gift Cards can be used towards spa services.

Refunds

Unopened retail items may be returned for a full refund within 3 days of purchase with a receipt. Opened items are non-refundable.

Our facilities make it an ideal place to hold your next group event, be it a Bridal Party, a friend’s night out, or a corporate event. Let our Spa Events Coordinator help plan your special day. Fees may apply.
